New Home Construction
Charles Wade Construction, LLC only builds custom homes. Once presented with the projects plans we will review and set a initial meeting to discuss specifications of materials, site orientation, project scheduling and explain in detail our method of quoting a project. Within the initial meeting, a customer can get many questions answered and get a sense of how organized and simple we can make the home construction process.
Renovation
Home renovation's are one of the most rewarding types of projects but also some of the most difficult to complete on time and in budget. This is where Charles Wade Construction, LLC separates itself from the competition. We purposefully maintain a reasonable work load enabling us to always use our own core personnel to better mange onsite operations and communicate clearly a projects progress in real time to customer.
Specialty Projects
Sometimes we just cannot contain our creativity and need to fill gaps between projects. We are working on our on design line of specialty products that incorporate metal and wood working such as garden gates, outdoor fixtures, drive gates and even home furnishings.

Charles Wade Construction, LLC formerly know as "CW Construction Co" began 1996 in Wimberley, TX by Charles Wade Short. Home building and renovation has always been its focus. From day one its mission has been to provide quality workmanship, with old fashion ethics at a fair price. We strive to communicate clearly and with a commonsense approach to each customer providing assurance that their desires and input shall play a major role in the overall outcome of the finished project. Over the past 20 plus years, many changes in the construction industry have shifted the pace and types of materials available to residential construction, sometimes creating a overload of choices and expectations.
